Buttermilk pancakes

Hello everyone, I hope you have had a wonderful day. Today we prepare a special dish, the recipe for super quick homemade buttermilk pancake. One of my favourites. This time I'm going to make it a little more private. It will smell and look delicious.

When it comes to cooking, it's important to remember that everyone starts somewhere. I don't know anyone who agrees to go with a wooden spoon. There is a lot to learn to become a productive chef and there is certainly room for improvement. Not only do you have to start with the basics when it comes to cooking, but when you learn how to cook fresh cuisine such as Chinese, Thai or Indian food, you almost have to start over.

This means that at some point in your cooking cycle there may be someone cooking worse or better than you. Take advantage of it, because even the best chefs have bad days. There are many men and women who cook with different factors. Some people cook to eat and live, and some people cook because they eat. Some people cook when they are emotionally upset and many people cook out of boredom. Regardless of why you cook or learn, you need to start with the basics.

The best part is that once you've heard the basics of cooking, you'll almost never abandon it. This means that you can constantly develop and expand your cooking skills. As you learn new recipes and improve your cooking skills and talents, you will find that preparing your own meals from scratch is more convenient than preparing prepackaged meals from the shelves of your local grocery store.

The flavor content of buttermilk pancakes is influenced by many things, from the type of ingredients, to the choice of fresh ingredients, to the ability to slice dishes, to the ability to prepare and serve them. If you want to make a delicious Tan Blitner at home, don't worry, because if you already know the trick, this dish can be used as a special and unusual gift.

When it comes to buttermilk pancakes, the serving size is 18 pancakes. So make sure this section is enough for you and your lovely family.

You don't have to go to the local restaurant to get the best homemade pancakes! You can make it in your kitchen with this secret recipe from me. Make it plain or with whatever buds you want (blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, etc.).

Ingredients and spices for making brown pancakes:

  1. 2 cups of flour a day
  2. 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon of soft drink
  5. a pinch of salt
  6. 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  7. Separate 4 eggs, yellow and white
  8. 2 cups of buttermilk
  9. 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  10. non-stick spray
  11. blueberry, banana, maple syrup, light

Steps to make buttermilk pancakes

  1. To make the dry mixture, sift the flour into a medium bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sit aside.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Break the eggs and separate the yolks in a small bowl and the egg whites in a larger bowl (you will later add all the ingredients to this bowl).
  4. Beat the eggs until frothy, then add the buttermilk and mix.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks together and add the oil at room temperature along with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  6. Add the egg yolk mixture to the egg white mixture until completely absorbed. Then mix slowly with the dry mixture until all the lumps are gone. DO NOT MIX. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  7. While you wait 10 minutes, turn on the pot to heat it up. I always turn it up to 300-350 degrees, but sometimes I reduce it when the pancake browns quickly. At your own discretion.
  8. If you want a mix, now is the time to do it. For the bananas, cut it into very small pieces and add it to the batter or place it by hand on the cake after placing it in the pan (also for the chocolate chips). As for blueberries, I like to flour mine and then add them to the batter. Use the image as a reference.
  9. After 10 minutes, spray the pan with a good amount of non-stick spray. Take a large spoon or printer and make a cookie-sized portion of the batter in the pan (now collect the chocolate chips or topping of your choice). Cook until bubbles form in the center and then turn once.
  10. Complete with more oil, butter or syrup. You can keep them warm by preheating the oven to 200 degrees and letting them sit until someone is ready to eat them. To have fun!

The small steps you take towards the goal of preparing healthy meals for your family can be more important than any giant leap. Before you know it, you will find that you have more energy and a better sense of overall well-being than you thought before changing your eating habits. However, if that's not enough to inspire you, you can always check the excuse to buy new clothes when you lose a partner or two.
