- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 200 grams Dried beans - kidney beans etc.
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 If the sauce is too thick - water
- 1 Sour cream or drained yogurt
Instructions to make to make Everyone's Favorite Chili Con Carne
- Soak the kidney beans in water overnight. Cook them the next day in a pressure cooker (or a regular pan). Drain.

- Serve with tortilla chips, rice, guacamole, bean paste, lettuce, corn, tomato salsa, fresh coriander, cheese, sour cream etc.
